Semi-auto Pressure Folder Gluer, Non-standard Carton Box Folding + Gluing

1) BZX-Y Semi-auto Pressure Folder Gluer Machine is new-designed for non-standard carton boxes, adopt manually folding, it needs less space, easy to operate, suitable for normal cartons or non-standard boxes, which could not be done with normal folder gluer.

2) The glue quantity just about 1/3 and capacity about 3~4 times, compared with manual gluing, save glue & labor and high-efficiency, the adhesive-banded joint firmly and tidy fixed, without overflow of glue.

3) Equipped with burnishing unit, could grind off the laminated plastic or UV film on the cardboard surface, to advance the adhesive strength and avoid the tackles of carton boxes.

4) Burnishing Unit: adopts super-hardness long-life burnishing wheel, high-speed running to ensure the pretty grinding of sheet edge, with efficient dust catcher to absorb paper chippings, make sure the clean working environment.

5) Gluing Unit: adopt stainless steel glue-tube, avoid rustiness & corrosion, gluing wheels could process different kinds of carton boxes.

6) Gluing head equipped on both sides of the machine, could do two boxes folding and gluing at the same time also.
